Prolific.ac ($120): Based in the UK, this is one of my favorites because they pay in Great British Pound (GBP) which is the equivalent to 1.4x the USD. Prolific is similar to mturk in that all you do is fill out surveys. Pay is better than mturk, but the availability of surveys is not as great. The initial questionnaire you have to fill out is a bit long taking me about 20 minutes, but ensures you qualify for every survey they show you and will never get disqualified for not meeting the demographic. You have to hit £5 before you can cash out, but you get this after a few days of watching for surveys. Leave it open in a tab and check it throughout the day. I wish I could do this one all day because the pay rocks, but I only see a few a day. They pay out in PayPal anytime you request it and have a balance of over £5. www.prolific.ac
People in this type of business normally purchase domain names which have value because they are easy to remember or can help with that site getting traffic. They just register it and start searching for businesses that will find the domain name beneficial for their product. You stand to make a tidy profit if your offer is accepted. Domain names can also be auctioned on sites. The disadvantage here is that it is not a steady source of income but when you do sell a domain name, the profit margin is always great.

I also recall a famous test John Chow did a few months back to see what was better email marketing or social marketing. Now of course he has a huge list along with a huge Twitter following so the test was to send a recommend for a specific offer that he hadn’t marketed anywhere else and with all the Twitter hype you would figure that would be the winner, yet still sending a recommend to his email list came out on top making the most sales.
Edit II: Holy fuck, I get it. A second job would pay better. This is for people who want extra money without having to get a second job, are confined to their house for whatever reason, have unusual hours free, or for people (like me) that prefer making a bit extra sitting around in their underwear eating cereal not having to deal with other people.

Yelling or swearing at the staff will not get you what you want. From what I've seen, it will only get you longer wait times, more copy and pasted responses, and potentially banned. Be polite, be friendly, try to keep your replies short (without leaving out important details), and say thank you. You're much more likely to get the help you want this way. Remember, the support staff is only there to help you. So, treat them well, and they will likely treat you better.
